According to France Football, Chelsea have identified PSG defender Layvin Kurzawa as a cheaper alternative to Ben Chilwell.

Having already signed Hakim Ziyech, we also have a deal in principle agreed for Timo Werner. Adding Chilwell to the mix will take our spending to around £150m.
Kurzawa’s contract expires this summer. He has been given the green light to leave PSG and has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League.
Arch-rivals Arsenal are also in for him and have agreed on a five-year deal. The report also goes on to say that he has had talks with Chelsea representatives.
