Abramovich makes unexpected decision on Chelsea after spending over £200million on new signings
Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich heavily backed Chelsea boss Frank Lampard in the transfer market by spending over £200million on new players.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Abramovich is ready to spend big again as he looks to build a team capable of winning the Premier League.
“Roman Abramovich wants to spend, he wants to win,” said Romano on The Blue View Podcast.
“If we will be back in a normal situation, I’m convinced yes Chelsea will spend big again, not like this summer but they will spend big again.”
