BREAKING: Dortmund ready to sell Chelsea-linked Jadon Sancho in January

Borussia Dortmund are open to selling Jadon Sancho this winter, the Independent claims. According to the report, the German team no longer want to tolerate the winger’s misbehaviour.

The England international arrived late at team meeting and training session ahead of the Wednesday clash against Barcelona. Preceded by several other disciplinary issues, this has supposedly become the last straw for the BVB hierarchy.

They are also unhappy with Sancho entourage’s efforts to force an early move away from Signal Iduna Park. The Independent believes that the Dortmund chiefs and the winger had an agreement that the 19-year-old will be allowed to leave in the summer.

Moreover, after the Barcelona game – in which Sancho scored – the youngster was slammed by manager Lucien Favre for not being focused enough.

Man United, Liverpool, Barcelona and Real Madrid are known to be interested in his signing. As for Chelsea, the situation is more complicated.

It’s been reported that Chelsea have not contacted Dortmund or Sancho’s representatives. However, the forward is known to have been a Chelsea fan and has friends at the club, Tammy Abraham and Callum Hudson-Odoi being the most obvious examples.

Moreover, The Atheltic’s Liam Twomey has recently tweeted that Chelsea ‘can’t be ruled out’ of the race for Sancho, although the transfer ban means they will not be able to sign him in January unless they succeed in appealing the case at the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

At the moment, Chelsea do not look like frontrunners in the race for the Sancho. Despite that, we’ll for sure hear a lot about this player in the weeks to come.
