According to reports, Chelsea are set to finalize a deal to land German international Kai Havertz to Stamford Bridge,after placing Bayer Leverkusen asking price £80M.
The Blues who are on a mission to rebuild their Squad are craving to land a young,versatile and experienced forward and have identified the 22-year old to do the job after impressing in a couple of seasons with the German side.
Reports claims that the blues are planning on selling some major players in order to gather up funds,and also balance their books after completing the signing of Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner from Ajax and RB Leipzig respectively.
Havertz,who has been sensational since making his debut for his German club scoring over 35 goals with 18 assists,have been linked with some European clubs including Liverpool and Bayern Munchen but is on the Verge of joining Chelsea.
The blues are fourth on the Premier league standings fighting to win a spot in next season Champions league spot.
