Chelsea fans call Eden Hazard greatest ever player for what he told Thibaut Courtois

CHELSEA fans love what Eden Hazard told his Blues and Belgium team-mate Thibaut Courtois.

Hazard, 27, had a tough season at Stamford Bridge with his side finishing outside the top four and has been rumoured with a move to Real Madrid.

But he has been in fine form for his county at the World Cup, bagging two goals in their 5-2 demolition of Tunisia.

And the winger has sent Chelsea fans into frenzy with his latest antics.

In a video with goalkeeper Courtois, the team-mates discuss their preferences for computer game FIFA.

The goalkeeper asks Hazard: “Who do you play as in FIFA 18?”

The Belgian’s answer is instant, saying: “Chelsea.”

But Courtois has to remind the winger that he needs to choose another team besides Chelsea.

And the 27-year-old has the perfect response, simply repeating: “Chelsea.”

The video ends with the two Blues players sharing a giggle at Hazard’s sincerity.

The video made it onto Reddit and Chelsea fans were quick to show their admiration for the winger.

“Give this man a contract for life please,” one fan wrote. While another added: “If he stays 5 more years we should petition to rename Stamford Bridge to ‘Eden’s Gate’.”

And a third had very high praise for the Belgian.

“The GOAT (Greatest Of All Time),” they commented succinctly.

Hazard will be at the front of Gareth Southgate’s mind as his England squad face Belgium tomorrow.
