Chelsea fans have been told why the board made £100 million Sancho transfer decision

According to Respected journalist David Ornstein has finally revealed why Chelsea changed their mind over making a move for Jadon Sancho.

There has been so much transfer speculation in the media about the future of Sancho that Chelsea fans do not know what to believe, and whether or not their club will actually make a transfer move.

With 17 goals and 17 assists in the Bundesliga this season, Sancho is already considered to be one of the finest talents in European football, and that is why the likes of Chelsea have been so keen to try and wrap up a deal.

But despite the speculation, Chelsea decided to back out of the chase to sign the talented winger to let the likes of Manchester United, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Liverpool to all chase the winger.

Now Ornestein has opened up and revealed just why Chelsea decided to not pursue a summer deal for Sancho, He told the Tifo Football podcast: “Sancho grew up as a Chelsea fan.

“There was dialogue with them, but the situation changed… as a result of the Covid crisis.”

Chelsea do not really need to have Sancho in the side and £100 million for a player they dont really need is alot of money, so yes of course they were going to always pull out of the chase.

If Chelsea seriously wanted to make Sancho a Blue this summer, they would have, they have already proven that they are very much looking to complete deals early, and Sancho would have been done by now.
