Chelsea fans told possible £100 million signing ‘just like aguero’

Hernan crespo has labelled Chelsea target lautaro martinez the next sergio aguero.

It is no secret that frank lampard is keen to improve this side with some big time signings, and reports in the media have suggested he will indeed get the £200 million it will take to sign some top-class, big-time names players in the summer, with a striker on the list

Olivier giroud is seemingly destined to pack his bags and leave the club at the end of the season having failed to agree a move away in the january window, while mitchy batshuayi is more of a thirds-choice striker that is only needed when the other two are injured or need to rest.

The striker moved to milan back in 2018 and has gone onto to be their main talisman this season, netting 16-goals in just 31 appearances, and they are desperate to make sure they get the most money they can.

Now amid all the speculation, ex-Chelsea striker crespo believes the argentina forward has a bright future ahead of him for club and country, he told sky italy: ‘we know mauro icardi and paulo dybala, while we’re getting to see what lautaro martinez can do.

‘lautaro could well be the new sergio aguero. He’s not as sharp in his dribbling, but he is more of a team player than kun, who too often gets distracted and looks disinterested.

‘lautaro is always participating in the move, so he can play as a lone centre-forward or with another striker like romelu lukaku, even in a trident. I really like his mentality.’
