Chelsea fans are really begging for Eden Hazard to return to the club after the Blues wished the Belgian a happy birthday on Twitter.
It was only a few months ago that we were all talking about the future of Eden Hazard, as speculation in the media was constant about whether he would stay at the club or leave to sign for Real Madrid.
But after months of speculation, Chelsea and Madrid agreed a deal that allowed Hazard to get his dream move to the Bernabeu in a deal that could be worth a massive £80 million, which is not bad considering he is out of contract at the end of this season..
During his time at CHELSEA Hazard scored 110 goals and provided 92 assists in 352 games for the Blues, and with Chelsea unable to add players last summer, Frank Lampard took the opportunity to give minutes to several young academy players and several have thrived this season.
The 28-year-old has not had an entirely successful start to life at Madrid under Zinedine Zidane and has come under some criticism for some of his performances in a Madrid shirt in the early stages of his new life in Spain. But after Chelsea posted a Tweet wishing Hazard a happy birthday, Blues fans were quick to ask for the winger to return to London.
One wrote: “Can you buy him back? Thanks” Another simply put: “Bring him back”. And a third is confident of a deal, writing: “Can’t wait till he comes back to Chelsea”
While a fellow supporter is adamant Hazard will return one day, commenting: “Am sure he will be back one day” With another simply saying: “Take him back pls”
