According to 90min, Chelsea are considering a summer move for Everton left-back Lucas Digne.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is keen on signing a left-back in the summer and has identified Leicester City’s Ben Chilwell as his first choice.
The Blues will move for Digne of Everton if a move for Chilwell fails.
Digne joined Everton from Barcelona in 2018 and was the club’s Player of the Season in his first Premier League campaign.
He has carried that excellent form into this season, as he has missed just one league game this season, providing a goal and six assists.
Premier League champions Manchester City are also interested in signing the French international defender.
Everton paid around £18 million to sign Digne from Barcelona and Chelsea might have to offer more than double that figure for the 26-year-old.
