REPORT: Chelsea keen to finalize buy-back clause deal of ‘Highly-Rated’ Netherland star to Stamford Bridge

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is currently focus on rebuilding the Blues team, by recruiting quality players that will bolster the Blues attacking force the team ahead of their next season campaign.

The 42-years-old England international and former Blues star who played at Stamford bridge for 13 years, is desperate to bring back glory to his former club and also to lift the premier league tittle with the club.

However, the manager who lost an important game to Liverpool yesterday, is keen to continue his spending spree as he’s set to resolve the problems that he has been facing from the back-line.

The 25-years-old Netherland international play mainly as a center-back, but he can also be use as a left-back or a defensive-midfielder in some occasion. His impressive performance for the club has attracted interest from elite Europe clubs to battle for his signature ahead of next season.

However, the defender who has been featured in 31 appearances, scored 2 goals and created 2 assists so far in all competitions this season, still have a good chance of joining the Blues side despite the strong interest from Manchester city.

Chelsea still hold a buy-back option on the Netherlands international, the defender would also be a more cost-effective option than one of their targets in Declan Rice, who also started his professional football career with the London club.

However, report has stated that the citizens are close to agreeing on a deal with Bournemouth for Nathan for a fee in the region of £35m. The interesting facts is that Bournemouth have accepted that Ake will depart once the campaign ends, and it will be interesting to see the star leave the club for Chelsea or Manchester city.
