Chelsea make transfer decision on N’Golo Kante after interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid

Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid are reportedly interested in signing Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante during the summer transfer window.

Last week, French media outlet L’Equipe revealed Chelsea are willing to offload Kante if a transfer fee of about €70 million is received for the 29 year old midfielder.

The Blues were reportedly willing to sell Kante because he has struggled with injuries this season.

However, according to French source Le10Sport, Chelsea have no intention in selling Kante during the next transfer window.

There have been no bids for Kante, but even if it happens, Chelsea are unlikely to even start talks.

Kante is also not interested in leaving Stamford Bridge as he is settled in London. The France international will only leave Chelsea if he is no longer wanted at the club.

Kante has struggled with injuries this season, missing 20 of Chelsea’s 42 games so far due to several issues with his knee, ankle and hamstring.
