OFFICIAL: Chelsea reach agreement with club for transfer of highly-rated attacker
Chelsea have reached an agreement with Russian club Spartak Moscow for the loan signing of Victor Moses.
The move follows loan spells for Moses in Turkey and Italy last season, firstly at Fenerbahce and then at Inter Milan, who he represented in the Europa League final.
Moses has failed to make an appearance for the Blues since the appointment of Frank Lampard as Chelsea boss.
Moses has 128 Chelsea appearances and 18 goals to his name, plus 38 caps and 12 goals for Nigeria. Moses retired from international football after the 2018 World Cup.
