Chelsea set to buy Thorgan Hazard back to Stamford Bridge

The Premier League and UCL giants Chelsea reportedly do have the option to re-sign Belgian star Thorgan Hazard from Bundesliga outfit Borussia Monchengladbach this summer transfer market.

According to the latest reports in Germany from German tabloid Bild, Chelsea will be presented with the chance to bring the player back to the EPL.

Belgium international looks set to depart from Borussia Monchengladbach this summer and is being connected with big-money moves to both Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund.

It was widely reported that the London-based heavyweights inserted a buy-back clause into the deal that took the star to Germany.

However, it was also stated that said clause had run out, so it remains to be seen what cost it would take to bring the winger back to London.

Thorgan Hazard never got an opportunity at Stamford Bridge but has developed into an international footballer throughout his time in Germany.

A move to bring Hazard in over the summer may be enough to convince big brother Eden into signing a new contract at the club amid interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid.
