West Ham have been interested in signing Batshuayi on loan in the past and are also reportedly interested in signing Barkley.
However, According to The Times, Chelsea are set to offer Ross Barkley and Michy Batshuayi in a swap deal for West Ham midfielder Declan Rice.
Rice started out at the Chelsea academy but left for West Ham at 14 and Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is keen on bringing him back to the club this summer.
The England international appeals to Lampard because of his ability to play in both central defence and defensive midfield.
Lampard is keen to bolster his defensive options in the summer transfer window following Chelsea’s struggles in defence this season.
