Chelsea to get deal done? as £80 million Premier League star ‘hires super-agent’ to get big move done

Chelsea target Wilfred Zaha has teamed up with Pini Zahavi in order to get a big move away from Crystal Palace. The Blues are expected to make many moves during the January transfer window in order to add some extra quality to certain areas of the pitch, especially as Frank Lampard needs to get back inside the top four this season in order to attract the type of players he wants in the summer.

And that has led to surprising speculation in the media suggesting that the Blues are ready to spend some serious money and acquire the services of Zaha, who has developed nicely over the past few years and is now one of the best wingers in the Premier League.

Reports have even gone on to say that Chelsea were willing to use Olivier Giroud as part of the deal that gets Zaha to Stamford Bridge, with the Frenchman seemingly on his way out of the club after failing to make an impact this season under Frank Lampard.

Now the Sky Sports website has revealed The agreement to team up with the renowned Israeli negotiator and part with his long-time agent Will Salthouse was concluded in the last 72 hours, and it is seen as a clear indication that the Ivory Coast international still wants away from Selhurst Park at the earliest opportunity.

long-time admirers Chelsea have been interested in the winger as they seek an immediate replacement for the departed Hazard, and Zahavi is known to be a good friend of the Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.

Look, we have said it once before and we will say it again, if Chelsea are looking to spend some serious money during the January window, then maybe they need to spend £80 million on players that will improve areas of the pitch that the club are weakest in.

Zaha is a very good player in the Premier League, but his stats don’t warrant that massive £80 million price tag and it could be a bad investment from Chelsea if they actually wrapped up any deal worth more than £50 million.
