Chelsea to get these two Real Madrid players as replacement Eden Hazard

The January transfer window is set to open soon and football clubs are already making plans on the players to buy and the ones to sell.

Chelsea for one can get two players from Real Madrid, who want the Blues striker, Eden Hazard.

The Los Blancos had taken a deep interest in Hazard since the departure of Cristiano Ronaldo.

And recently a report had made it known that the Los Blancos have reached an agreement with the Belgian striker.

If Chelsea FC accede to let Eden Hazard leave, Real Madrid will give them two players in his place.

The two players are Mateo Kovacic and Isco.

Mateo Kovacic is already playing at Stamford Bridge on loan following the signing of Thibaut Courtois during the summer transfer window.

The Croat has shown interest to sign a permanent deal with the Blues having won the heart of Sarri with his performance in the midfield.

Isco, on the other hand, is out of favor at Real Madrid and has been getting limited playing chances in the Spanish club.

The Spain international would be a plus for the Blues as they are in need of winger to replace Willian.
