Hello and welcome to the Real Madrid transfer news and rumours of the day! Here are the top stories of the day surrounding the Galacticos!

Arsene Wenger rejected Madrid

Former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that Real Madrid came calling more than once but he rejected them every time. The former Gunners boss is currently a free agent but could very well be back into the management game.

And now, he has revealed that the Real Madrid train is gone for him and that the reason why he didn’t sign for the Galacticos was owing to his values and morals.

“I have turned down Real Madrid more than once, but I must say now it’s over for me.

“Yes, we live with our values at the time it was in the middle of the process of moving the stadium. I guaranteed that and I’m happy with my decision.”

He then added that there are not many managers who would say no to the Galacticos.

“I feel that if you ask any manager in the world they would say yes as they [Real Madrid] are the biggest club in the world,” he added.

Hazard says no to Madrid

According to reports from Spain, Eden Hazard has said no to Real Madrid. Apparently, Roman Abramovich has contacted Zinedine Zidane to take over the reins at Chelsea and the Frenchman’s arrival would suffice to keep the Belgian at the club.
