Four (4) players of former Premier League club ‘tested positive’ for coronavirus

Four Portsmouth first-team players have now tested positive for coronavirus.

The former Premier League side had their entire first-team playing and coaching staff tested earlier this week and the first batch of results revealed Trio James Bolton, Andy Cannon and Sean Raggett all returned positive.

It was then announced later that Haji Mnoga had also contracted the virus.

It comes after Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta tested positive for coronavirus on March 12, just 10 days after the Gunners beat Portsmouth in the FA Cup.

Football has been hit by the coronavirus outbreak, with the leagues across Europe suspended.
