According to Dutch football site Football Oranje, the Blues are interested in signing Turkish international midfielder Orkun Kokcu.
The 19 year old attacking midfielder has been a key player for Feyenoord this season.
However they are currently third in the Eredivisie after a 12-match unbeaten run which includes an ongoing streak of seven straight wins.
His form for Feyenoord this season has attracted interest from Chelsea, Sevilla, Valencia, Real Betis and Arsenal.
Despite interest in signing him this summer, Kokcu is said to be interested in staying at Feyenoord for another year in order to develop his game under Dick Advocaat, who has completely turned the club’s fortunes around this season.
