Just In! Lampard urged to make move and bring midfielder to chelsea this summer!

Chelsea have been urged to make a move for Liverpool midfielder adam lallana during the summer window by troy deeney.

Right now, the whole worlds headlines are dominated by the coronavirus outbreak that is killing thousands of peoples, which means many of the footballing headlines are getting missed by many of the fans out there, but there has been alot said about the future of lallana.

Despite being a firm fans favourite at the club, there is alot of speculation the media which has suggested that this will be last season under the guidance of jurgen klopp, and will be let go in the summer to make some room for a possible summer arrival.

Lallana is out of contract in the summer, with liverpool not thought to be keen in extending his current deal and that has prompted interest from arsenal manager mikel arteta while high-flying leicester are also said to have made an approach to sign him. But deeney believes other premier league clubs should be in the hunt to land the former southampton man, clubs like us.

He told the united stand: ‘I think they’re a phenomenal team. I do look at teams like Liverpool and go, “where do you improve?”. ‘lallana they’re letting go now – I was just chatting about this with my mates in our group chat – lallana walks into 90% of teams.

‘other than man city, he could play for man city but I think they’re overpopulated… you would take him at united. He’d be in the squad and 100% he improves the squad. ‘lallana can play anywhere across the front line. Tottenham would take him, everton… chelsea, yeah.’

Look, lallana is a very good player that has had some great years at the top of the game, but he is no longer good enough to come in and make an impact here at stamford bridge, sorry!
