Lampard provides massive injury update ahead of Fa Cup final as one key player is ruled out

Ahead of Fa cup final clash with Arsenal Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has provides his massive injury update in his press conference.

Lampard said: Willian and N’Golo Kanté have been unavailable for Chelsea recently due to injury, with the Frenchman having missed the last couple of games for Chelsea, since last featuring against Watford.

Lampard has revealed that the duo will be back for this game, but also ruled out Ruben Loftus-Cheek, as he revealed that the 24-year-old has suffered a little injury yet again.

“N’Golo Kante and Willian are in the squad so we’ll see if they’re fit to be in the starting 11,” Lampard said in his press conference.

On Loftus-Cheek, Lampard said: “Ruben Loftus-Cheek has a small problem he picked up yesterday so he’s out of the game.”

A win in this game will give Lampard his first trophy as a manager, and it would represent a good season for the Blues who finished the season in fourth place.
