Lampard: Sign up brilliant midfielder on massive five-year Chelsea deal to end all speculation!

Chelsea need to hand Billy Gilmour a nice big contract to sign to end all speculation on his future.

There has been so much speculation in the media over the past few days about the kind of players that could come in during the summer window, and players that could pack their bags and leave Stamford Bridge as they are no longer needed, or they are in high-demand.

And over the past few weeks, there is one player that has been dominating all the headlines for the Blues and that is the brilliantly gifted Gilmour, who has impressed under Frank Lampard and has even been compared to the club record-goalscorer.

The 18-year old midfielder once again stole the show in the 4-0 win against Everton at the weekend, which eared him his second Man of the match award in as many games following the 2-0 win against Liverpool last week, and his performances have not gone unnoticed by big clubs.

There has been some speculation in the media that the likes of Barcelona, Bayern Munich and even Real Madrid have all taken a keen interest in the young man and could make a move at the end of the season to try and tempt him into leaving the club, and Chelsea to sell in order to raise funds.

However, Gilmour is showing great potential and Chelsea need to step up and offer him the king of five-year deal that means no speculation will circle the media, and he will be happy enough to sign, the kind of deal that means he would be a top earner at the club.

Yes he only signed a new contract just before Christmas, but he will surely become a first-team regular at the club for the rest of the season and then next year, and that means he should be getting the kind of deal that the big stars get. A nice five-year deal worth around £60-80,000-a-week should end all speculation and ensure that those big clubs cant tempt him away.

There has been so much speculation about players leaving that fans would just like that to end right now, SIGN HIM UP AND END ALL THE SPECULATION FOR THE NEXT FEW YEARS at least.
