Mason Mount sends a massive message to teammates ahead of Bournemouth clash

Chelsea players have three weeks to take their minds off the 3-0 defeat to Bayern Munich at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night and focus on the Premier League, especially keeping their grip on fourth position.

Mount has urged his teammates to focus on the upcoming game against Bournemouth and believes this is a time for the players to gather themselves together.

“It is always very tough to take after a loss, especially 3-0 and at home,” said Mount.

“But we have shown we can come back in the past and we need to gather ourselves together and we have it in the changing room to bring out the personalities and bounce back in the next game.”

Mount hasn’t also ruled out a comeback against Bayern Munich at the Allianz Arena as he believes that anything can happen in football.

The Chelsea youngster said: “We have to be positive, anything can happen.

“We saw in the [2012] final between Chelsea and Bayern that anything can happen in football. 3-0, you never know, and we need to go there with our heads held high and try to perform to the best of our ability.”
