Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund are reportedly interested in Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Kays Ruiz-Atil.
It was reported this month that Chelsea were close to signing the 17 year old after the Blues sent Claude Makelele to Paris to negotiate a deal with Paris Saint-Germain for the midfielder.
However, It was claimed the 17 year old was keen on leaving Paris after failing to breakthrough at the highest youth level in the squad.
According to latest reports from French media outlet L’Equipe, Ruiz-Atil will remain at PSG this month, despite an approach from Chelsea.
The teenager will reportedly stay at Paris Saint-Germain until at least the summer after Chelsea failed to submit a formal bid to PSG despite discussions with his representatives.
