PSG set to make summer move for out-of-favour Chelsea midfielder

Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in securing the services of Chelsea midfield star Tiemoue Bakayoko.

The 25-year-old playmaker who has joined the Blues from Ligue 1 giants AS Monaco in the summer of 2017, however, struggled to make his mark at the West London club and has spent the last two campaigns out on loan.

The midfielder has been back with French giants for the 2019-20 season, however, he is due to make a return to Stamford Bridge this summer and still has a deal with Frank Lampard’s side until June 2022.

According to Le 10 Sport, the French midfielder is interesting PSG ahead of the summer’s transfer window, with the Ligue 1 defending champions believed to be exploring the possibility of a move.

The France international has found back of the net once and provided two assists in 23 appearences for Monaco this season.

The principality outfit are believed to have the option of re-signing the midfield destroyer permanently this summer, however, a deal seems unlikely to happen due to the coronavirus pandemic.
