Referee for Chelsea’s Premier League game against Brighton Confirmed

The blues will be facing Brighton tomorrow in there first new year game.

However, Chelsea win there last game of the year against Arsenal on Sunday beating the gunners at the Emirates stadium by 1-2.

Frank Lampard boys surprise the gunners by a massive comeback after Lampard sub Jorginho in and transform the match and this gives Chelsea the win, goals from Jorginho and Tammy Abraham seal the 3points for the blues on Sunday.

The referee for Chelsea’s Premier League game against Brighton at the Amex Stadium on New Year day has been confirmed.

Stuart Attwell has been confirmed as the referee for Chelsea’s visit to Brighton on New Year day.

Lee Betts and Adam Nunn will be his assistants, and Gavin Ward will be the fourth official. VAR is David Coote, assisted by Andy Halliday.

Attwell officiated Chelsea’s 2-2 draw with Sheffield United at Stamford Bridge in August. He also officiated Chelsea’s 2-1 away win over Brighton last season under Maurizio Sarri.
