REPORT: Chelsea handed transfer boost after decision on Kepa’s replacement

Chelsea have been handed a boost in the pursuit of AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma as the Italian club are already creating looking at possible replacements, According to Italian media outlet CalcioMercato.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is open to selling Kepa Arrizabalaga at the end of the season and the Blues have been linked with AC Milan goalkeeper Donnarumma.

The 21 year old goalkeeper will be out of contract at AC Milan in 2021 and he is yet to reach an agreement with the Italian club over a new contract.

While AC Milan are keen on keeping Donnarumma amid interest from Chelsea, they have also begun creating a shortlist of replacements if he leaves for Stamford Bridge.

It is believed AC Milan will demand a fee of £54million (€60m) for the transfer of Donnarumma.
