Chelsea look to be close to sealing the deal to sign two of Frank Lampard’s top transfer targets. First of all, Lampard’s priority for left back – Ben Chilwell.
News broke over the weekend from Leicester sources that Chelsea have advanced in their pursuit of Chilwell, and that the player was getting ready to leave the club.
Now, Chelsea insider NiiNii from Blue Lions TV has claimed that Chilwell has completed his Chelsea medical already, whilst on holiday in Greece.
He says that the deal is close, but it is just the final add on fee and structure of the deal that is being sorted out.
This is exactly the same for Kai Havertz, according to the same source.
He also claims that Havertz has completed his Chelsea medical ready for when the final structure of the fee has been agreed. He expects both players to be fully confirmed within the next couple of weeks.
