REPORT: Chelsea Star player to appear in court over a legal matter of €3.8M

Chelsea player N’Golo Kante is one of the friendliest personality in the Premier League. The player has been appreciated for his humble nature on and off the pitch.

But however good you are there are always some issues at hand. Kante has had a skirmish with his former agent Nouari Khiari. However, this issue is not a recent one. For the past few months, this problem has been going on.

According to reports Nouari Khiari claims he is due payment from Ngolo Kante. This is regarding issues in the contract when the two were in active business. Kante however is denying any such claims and has even confronted his former agent about this.

But the two have not been able to reach an agreement. Following that Khiari has now filed a summons for Kanté to appear in court. The summons was delivered to Kante’s home and also to the Chelsea headquarters.

The agent claims that he is owed remuneration regarding a sportswear deal with the giant company Adidas. According to him, he fulfilled his duties while Kante says he the image did not represent his evaluation.

As per reports from L’Equipe, Kante owes up to €3.8 million to his former agent. Kante had previously denied all such claims. He also went ahead by filing a case of “Fraud”, “Attempted Fraud”, Breach of trust” on Khiari.
