According to French newspaper L’Équipe via Daily Express, Chelsea are still in contact with talented Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Kays Ruiz-Atil.
The Blues were first linked with Ruiz-Atil, who’s been dubbed the ‘next Lionel Messi’, in January but a deal failed to materialise.
Chelsea are still in talks with the 17 year old midfielder, who has also held discussions with Arsenal, Borussia Dortmund and Marseille.
The 17-year-old can operate in central midfield, on the left wing or as an outright striker and expects to train with the first team at Chelsea if he makes the move to London.
