REPORT: Chelsea to sell these 7 players to raise funds to sign Haaland and Declan Rice

According to latest reports, the Chelsea board are plotting big changes at Stamford Bridge in the coming months.

Daily Express claim as many as 7 Chelsea players could be sold in the coming months to raise funds for the transfer of Declan Rice of West Ham and Erling Haaland of Borussia Dortmund.

Rice and Haaland are now the two players top of the club’s shopping list, with plans of a clear-out to fund their big-money transfers over the coming transfer windows.

Antonio Rudiger, Andres Christensen, Jorginho, Marcos Alonso, Ross Barkley, Danny Drinkwater and Victor Moses are all set to be moved on according to Sky Sports Italia journalist Angelo Mangiante.

Rice is rated as one of the best midfielders in the world while Europe’s biggest clubs are after Haaland after scoring 33 goals in just 32 games for Borussia Dortmund since joining in January.

Haaland reportedly has a £69million release clause written into his Dortmund contract, although that does not become active until the summer of 2022.
