Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is reportedly determined to make one more signing before the window closes on Monday night.

According to 90min, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has told Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich to pay whatever it takes to seal a deal for Rice.

Since he was released by the Chelsea academy as a 14 year old, Rice has made over 100 appearances for West Ham and established himself as an England international in the process.

It remains to be seen if the Abramovich will be willing to meet West Ham’s asking price of £80million for Rice.
