Frank Lampard is keen on signing West Ham midfielder Declan Rice, with Lampard hoping to use the England international as a centre-back.
West Ham are reportedly unwilling to let Rice join Chelsea and are only prepared to let him leave if Chelsea meet their demands for the midfielder.
According to transfer expert Matt Law, West Ham are demanding more than £80 million for the former Chelsea academy player.
Law also revealed Rice will end up at Chelsea despite West Ham’s attempts to scare Chelsea away from the midfielder with their transfer demands- but it might not happen this summer.
