Hazard bagged his first of the game from the penalty spot against Africa’s highest-ranked team at the World Cup. His second was one to savour. A superb first-touch before rounding the goalkeeper and stroking the ball into the back of the net.

It was vintage Hazard, and it’s great to see he’s stepping up to the mark for The Red Devils while wearing the armband.

Drogba was also impressed with what he saw from his former teammate, but his plaudits had nothing to do with either of Eden’s goals. Instead, the 164-goal Chelsea legend highlighted the Belgian’s celebration.
