Huge Blow for Lampard: Key player hints Stamford bridge exit as he wants Real Madrid move in Summer

Despite insisting he’s happy to stay at Chelsea, midfielder N’Golo Kante is reportedly targeting a move to Spanish club Real Madrid.

This is according to The Sun.

Kante has been a key player for Chelsea since arriving from Leicester City in 2016 and it is claimed the midfielder is now seeking a new challenge and views a move to Spanish giants Madrid as the ideal destination to do so.

While Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane wants Kante, it is believed Real Madrid president Florentino Perez isn’t keen on the transfer as he believes Real Madrid are well stocked in midfield.

Real Madrid aren’t the only team keen on signing Kante. Both Bayern Munich and Juventus are understood to be possible destinations, but Kante reportedly favours a move to the Bernabeu.

Kante signed a new deal with the club in November 2018, which keeps him at Chelsea until 2023.

It’s hard to believe Chelsea will let him leave the club.
