According to transfer expert Duncan Castles, The Blues have submitted a bid for £30 million rated Birmingham midfielder Jude Bellingham.
“There are multiple other offers for Bellingham,” Castles said on the Transfer Window Podcast. “Clubs, I have been told, who have made offers include Aston Villa, Leicester, Chelsea, Everton and one foreign club.
“I know Borussia Dortmund are very interested in the player, Arsenal are also extremely interested in the player.
“Birmingham City are ready to sell if their valuation is met and if they are allowed to retain the player for 18 months as part of that deal.
Bellingham and his father have yet to be convinced that Manchester United is the right place to go.
“But Manchester United are continuing to work on that and are hoping to persuade the player that this is the right move for him in 18 months time.
And Manchester United’s bid remains the largest financially.”
