In their last few games, Chelsea has been playing exceptionally well. Against West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspurs, the Blues were able to secure all three points. The blues’ ascent in the Premier League standings has been aided by these wins. Chelsea is presently in seventh place in the Premier League and has a good chance of qualifying for the Europa League.
Chelsea will not be considered for a Champions League spot. This season will mark the adoption of the updated Champions League format.

Finishing in 5th place is still a possibility for Chelsea but they have to depend on Spurs and Newcastle to drop points. Tottenham very likely seem to finish 5th and qualify directly for the Europa League. Chelsea however have another possibility to book their spot in europa league.
The winners of FA cup will qualify for europa league. Manchester United and Manchester City will compete in the final. If United win, they will be guaranteed their spot in europa but if they fail to win, it will benefit the blues.
If United win FA Cup, the fifth position in premier league will play in europa league and sixth in conference league.
However if City wins, fifth and sixth position will earn their spot in europa league while seventh position will get a chance to play conference league. Chelsea will try to finish sixth and earn their spot in europa league as City are the favourites to win FA cup. If they finish seventh they still will be able to play in conferance league. The Blues will be rooting for Man City to win against United 25th of May.
