According to rumors, Enzo Maresca, the new manager of Chelsea, has expressed to the team his desire to sign Jules Kounde from Barcelona.
Ted Boehly is rumored to be keen to sign a few more players during the transfer window, even though Chelsea has not formally announced that Enzo Maresca would be the team’s manager for the upcoming season.
Since Kounde’s time at Sevilla, Chelsea has been connected to the player, but they haven’t been able to persuade the Frenchman that a transfer to the Premier League is necessary.

But now reports in Spain have claimed that Enzo Maresca has personally asked the board to sign Raphinha from Barcelona as the Brazilian star fits the style of play that he would like to employ at Stamford Bridge.
