The blues have reportedly completed their first signing under manager Frank Lampard with a deal for wonderkid Bryan Fiabema after the transfer ban was lifted.
Chelsea have signed highly rated 16-year old Noweigen forward Bryan Fiabema from Tromso on a 3.5-year deal.

The 16-year-old’s move to Stamford Bridge seems to have been confirmed in a report from Norwegian outlet VG, which shows photos of the youngster with manager Frank Lampard and holding up a Chelsea shirt with his name and the number 9 on the back.
After signing his contracts, Bryan Fiabema went to the Burnley game at the weekend and was able to meet some of his potential future teammates after the game.
Frank Lampard was there to to pose for a picture with a talent he will be keeping his eye on.
