CHELSEA will not be selling N’Golo Kante amid interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

Kante has emerged as the leading transfer target for PSG this summer following his impressive spell in the Premier League.

Reports in France suggest the 27-year-old’s agent Karim Douis recently met the club’s sporting director Antero Henrique.

The Ligue 1 champions are reportedly preparing a big offer if their accounts satisfy Financial Fair Play requirements.

But French publication Le 10 Sport claim that Chelsea have deemed Kante untransferable.

Stamford Bridge bosses have decided they will reject any advances for the France international’s signature this summer.

Kante is under contract until the summer of 2021 and Chelsea are under no pressure to sell, despite the uncertainty surrounding Roman Abramovich’s ownership.

According to Le 10 Sport, PSG will turn to alternative targets such as Borussia Dortmund’s Julian Wiegl and Lyon’s Tanguy Ndombele.

Chelsea signed Kante from Leicester in 2016 after he helped the Foxes to their unlikely Premier League title win.

The Paris-born ace landed a second title when he played a crucial role in Chelsea’s march to the top in 2017.

He has made 89 appearances in all competitions for the Blues.

Chelsea acedemy star closing in on shock Italy move

Chelsea youngster Harvey St Clair is reportedly close to completing a surprise move to Serie B side Venezia.

Gianluca Di Marzio reports that the young striker is set to join the Serie B side this summer, taking his first steps into senior football.

After missing out on promotion to Serie A, Venezia are looking to strengthen their squad and St Clair is the striker they have turned to.

The Scottish youth international is out of contract at Stamford Bridge this summer, allowing him to make the move to Italy.

The Blues have reportedly offered the player a new deal, but the club are unlikely to be able to offer him first-team football anytime soon.

The striker has been a regular for Chelsea’s academy set-up, featuring in the U-18s and development squad during his time at Stamford Bridge.

The move would see St Clair become the latest youngster to leave the Premier League structure to move abroad in search of senior first-team football.
