Hazard is a part of the fabric of Chelsea football club since he moved to the capital in 2013.
Arguably the best player in the English top flight, but Chelsea are looking set to lose their grip on a gem.
The 27-year-old Belgian is contracted until next summer, and has yet to put pen-to-paper on a long-term deal at the club, despite laid offers from the Blues hierarchy.
This has spun fears in crowds of Chelsea fans and supporters across the world. Not having to see his talismanic showoff in a blue or yellow shirt will be very hard to stomach.
Hazard was heavily linked with a move to join European champions Real Madrid this summer, but that never saw the light of day.
Chelsea are keen on forking out a huge sum of weekly wage to keep their star-man as they feel threatened by his muted expression.
But brother Thorgan Hazard has managed to still the storm at the moment after remarking about the 27-year-old’s disturbing future at Stamford Bridge.
He is convinced his elder brother will remain at Chelsea until the end of the season, amid talks of a possible surprising move lingering around the corner.
“I think Eden will see what happens at the end of the season,” he told Belgian publication HLN (via Goal ).
“I know him. He’s not thinking about a move right now.
“He will give everything for Chelsea. He doesn’t want a clash with his club either. If he ever leaves, he will play it correctly.”
Hazard “will give everything for Chelsea,” assured the 25-year-old. Hazard seemed to have packed his things up and was set to jump on the bandwagon sailing to the Spanish capital this summer, but eventually got talked out of it and remained at Chelsea, a move his younger brother has said was a very right decision.
