The blues are link with the Real madrid midfielders to swap with Chelsea star Eden Hazard.
Real Madrid are reportedly set to offer both Isco and Mateo Kovacic on permanent deals to Chelsea in return for securing the signature of Eden Hazard, talkSPORT reports.
Eden has long been a prime target for the Spanish giants, and it is believed they are interested in making a serious attempt to land the forward in January.
Croatian star Kovacic is already on a season-long loan at Blues from Real Madrid after being a part of the deal that saw shot-stopper Thibaut Courtois join the Spanish side.
Kovacic has been in good form for the London outfit this campaign and earlier this month admitted that the star could ‘imagine’ himself staying at the club beyond the end of the campaign.
Meanwhile, Spanish attacking midfielder Isco has struggled for playing time at Los Blancos since the appointment of Argentine coach Santiago Solari, and Chelsea have been monitoring his current situation.
Hazard has been in negotiations with Chelsea to extend his current deal, which runs out and the end of next term, though at the beginning of the month the star revealed that discussions had been postponed for the meantime.
Do you think this will be a good deal to let Hazard go?
