Fee agreed – personal terms agreed – Spanish star is signing with Chelsea!
Chelsea have agreed a deal worth up to £25m to sign Brighton goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.
CHELSEA now have a new manager after they confirmed that Mauricio Pochettino has agreed to move to the club
And it is no secret that the Blues are worried about the goalkeeper situation, with Edouard Mendy now moved out of the club and Kepa a man that is too inconsistent to be the regular number one.
And that has led to reports in the media that Sanchez is a man that the club are very much interested in after a stunning season for Brentford. And recent reports on the Goal website have claimed that he is one player that Mauricio Pochettino has demanded to be signed.
The 25-year-old fell out of favour at Brighton last season under Roberto De Zerbi, losing his place to Jason Steele, and is now considered surplus to requirements with the Seagulls having signed Bart Verbruggen.
Although he would not be assured of a starting role at Stamford Bridge, TalkSport are reporting that Sanchez has already agreed to join Chelsea and has given the move the green light.
