Reece James and Thiago Silva sends clear message to ‘world class player’ after what happened to him ‘What a Sad moment’
Chelsea stars Thiago Silva and Reece James have taken to social media to send a message to Neymar after the extent of his injury has been revealed.
The duo took to Instagram to wish the Brazilian well, with him set for an extended spell on the sidelines
Neymar suffered an injury representing Brazil earlier this week, with the squad not including Chelsea’s Silva.
The scenes that followed suggested it would be serious, however it has now emerged that he has suffered an ACL injury.
The news comes just weeks after he secured his move to Saudi Arabia, where a number of big stars have moved to in order to try and boost the league.
A number of former Chelsea players have taken that step, with N’golo Kante in particular having a strong showing out there.

However, the big blow of Neymar’s injury is huge, and the player himself will no doubt be worried about if he will be the same again.
In an attempt at showing support to his former international teammate, Silva took to Instagram to send a message to the winger alongside an image of the two of them.
He said: “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning!”
Chelsea captain James was quick to offer his support in the comments, with there being few players in world football who have his experience with injuries in recent years.
The 23-year-old faces a race against time to be fit for Saturday’s Premier League game against Arsenal, where the Blues are set to face their biggest test of the season.
Mauricio Pochettino will be hopeful to have as many of his top stars available as possible, and James certainly suits this criteria as the club’s regular captain.
