“It will affects Cole Palmer” – Enzo Maresca set to ban what Pochettino can’t ban for Chelsea players
The new first-team manager of Chelsea, Enzo Maresca, plans to impose stringent nutrition guidelines.
Marcos Alvarez, a fitness coach who has a reputation for forbidding certain foods to improve player performance, will be joining Maresca.
Alvarez used to ban things like fruit juice, cakes, ketchup, and even salt and pepper from his clubs.
The goal of these adjustments is to maximize both the team’s overall performance and the players’ physical state.
Chelsea fans are patiently waiting to see how the club will fare under Enzo Maresca.
Meanwhile, Maresca said after being confirmed as the new Blues boss: “To join Chelsea, one of the biggest clubs in the world, is a dream for any coach. It is why I am so excited by this opportunity.
“I look forward to working with a very talented group of players and staff to develop a team that continues the club’s tradition of success and makes our fans proud.”
