“Upto 10 or more players will go” – Journalist names lists of players that will leave Chelsea
The Chelsea team will see several changes before the upcoming season, according to reporter Matt Law.
Matt Law has provided an update regarding Chelsea’s 2024–25 roster.
The reporter claims that Chelsea wants to restructure the team while yet having a sizable roster ready for the Europa Conference League.
“Chelsea are planning to have a big squad, because, obviously, with the Conference League, they are going to take the Club World Cup really seriously,” Matt Law said on the London Is Blue podcast.
“I think they are looking at planning a squad that can cope with 75 to 80 matches next season.
“I’ve been told a lot of players will go; Casadei might go, and Datro Fofana will go, whether on loan or permanent. I think they would accept bids for Cucurella; whether they’d get any, I don’t know.
“Maatsen will go; he’s part of the Duran thing with Villa. I do think Chalobah will go.”
