“I have to reveal the truth” – Noni Madueke finally reveals what happened to the Chelsea team before Pochettino was sacked
Before the season ended, Chelsea had a completely different appearance.
For the majority of the season, the Chelsea team appeared disorganized and unfocused. On the other hand, things were looking so well by the end of the season.
Chelsea began to improve at the end of the season and went on a five-game winning streak for the first time.
According to Noni Madueke, the Chelsea team improved as a result of forging a close bond toward the end of the campaign.
“I feel like our team unity is at an all-time high. We’ve definitely been through a lot, but there were definitely good moments throughout the season, and there were examples where in some moments we probably could have done a bit better,” he said.
“But I feel like that comes with a young team and growing together. There’s also an understanding that if we’re going to win together, we’re going to lose together.
“We need each other, for real. Right now it’s an all-time high and I hope it continues just like that.”
