Joao Felix, who was previously a loan player for Chelsea, rejoins the team, giving Enzo Maresca more alternatives when it comes to attacking.
His versatility as a forward makes him an invaluable asset as the organization aims to bolster its roster for the next campaign.
Joao Felix can play in three positions for Chelsea, and manager Enzo Maresca has stated that he is satisfied with the signing. Maresca expects Felix to score goals for the team.
“He’s a good player. He’s a talent. The club already knows him,” said the Chelsea boss.
“The good thing is he can play different positions for us: inside, nine, outside. This is the reason why.”
When asked if he would be available for Chelsea’s clash with Servette on Thursday, he said: “He’s not in the list for tomorrow’s game.”
Felix will join his new teammates for training in the coming days, as he looks to build on his previous success in Chelsea blue.
