To be honest, Chelsea has left things way too late, which is absurd. The club has had plenty of time to finalize agreements, particularly with regard to outgoings, thanks to the extended summer transfer window.
They have so many players still at the club who they wanted to sell or loan, and many are going to end up still being here.
Two of them are Carney Chukwuemeka and David Datro Fofana, with both players clearly not in the plans of new head coach Enzo Maresca.
