Chelsea FC manager Frank Lampard has said that there is a lot more to come from Christian Pulisic, who has now become accustomed to the style of play in the Premier League.

The United States international had a tough introduction to English football as he struggled to make an impression and he found himself on the bench on multiple occasions until the October international break.

Since then, he has transformed his fortunes with impressive displays from the left side of the attack and he has amassed five goals and two assists in the Premier League alone.

Speaking ahead of the Bournemouth clash, Lampard was really pleased with the development of Pulisic and he said that there is room for more progress in terms of the goalscoring.

“There’s a lot more to come. He gets himself in so many great positions with his talent and his dribbling ability so more goals will be the next stage of that. I’m really pleased with him because we’ve asked a lot of him. Of course we want a lot more as well,” he told.

Pulisic was substituted at the hour mark of the Champions League clash against Lille in midweek and that has probably given a clear indication that he would make the starting XI against Bournemouth on Saturday.

Chelsea FC are presently fourth in the standings with 26 points but their gap over fifth-placed Manchester United has reduced to five points after managing one win and three defeats in the past four league games.
